Kjellstrom + Lee – Request for Subcontractor Proposals

Kjellstrom + Lee are requesting proposals from subcontractors for a variety of trades for the construction of Virginia Tech’s New Business Building.

The New Business Building is an approximately 95,000 square  foot building housing the Pamplin College of Business. The  project will be the second phase of the Global Business  Analytics Complex connected to the recently completed  Data & Decision Sciences Building. The building architecture continues the collegiate gothic theme on campus with Hokie stone and precast exterior. The interior program will be a mix of departmental suites, offices, conferences areas, a four-story  atrium, along with a testing and production Kitchen (Hokie  Lab).
